I love my new bike. I’ve taken 2 20+ mile rides on it. The battery is supposed to get 46 miles, that must be on the flats. Went 24 miles, lots of hills and shut off the battery on the flats and down hills. Ended trip with 29% left. The light weight design allows this 65 year old lady to lift it into my truck. It was easy to put together. There are a lot of support videos and information on line.
