Found a lower price on an identical, in-stock e-bike from an authorized Canadian retailer? We'll match it!

Guidelines and Limitations

• Price matches apply to products listed on amegoev.com and those sold by authorized manufacturer retailers online or in-store.
• Customers must provide proof of the lower advertised price, including the retailer name and website address.
• The item must be currently in stock at the competing retailer at the time the price match request is made.
• The item must be sold and fulfilled by an authorized manufacturer's retailer - not a marketplace or third-party seller.
• We reserve the right to verify the price of the identical item at the competing retailer's website (including size, year, model, quantity, brand, colour, and component spec).
• Price matches are limited to one per customer, per household, per item.
• Shipping and handling fees will be added to the competitor's price to ensure a fair comparison. If shipping costs are not clearly stated, our shipping supplier's current rate for the same item will be used. Additional charges may apply to certain regions - our team will help you work through the details.
• The item must be identical in every respect, including model number, year, components, size, warranty, and condition.

How to Request a Price Match In-Store

• Bring up the price match at the time of purchase at any of our Toronto or Calgary locations.
• Store management has final authority on approving in-store price matches.
• Products requiring assembly may incur a nominal labour fee.

How to Request a Price Match Online

• Contact us at sales@amegoev.com or call 416-907-4922 (Toronto) / 403-757-0154 (Calgary) with a link to the lower advertised price before placing your order. We'll review it and get back to you within 24 hours.
• Our team makes the final determination on all online price match requests.
• Prices must be listed in Canadian dollars. 
• When a price match is honoured, any promotional items - including accessories, special services, assembly, or gift cards - cannot be combined with the price match. Customers may choose one or the other, but not both.

What We Don't Price Match

• Prices from marketplace sellers, auction sites, or platforms requiring a membership.
• Private listings, including Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, or similar platforms.
• Retailers outside Canada.
• Clearance, closeout, liquidation, flash sale, or limited-quantity pricing.
• Damaged, used, refurbished, demo, or discontinued products.
• Bundle offers, instant rebates, mail-in offers, or financing incentives.
• Offers that require a minimum quantity purchase.
• Prices that cannot be independently verified or that depend on other fees or variables.
• Misprinted or clearly inaccurate pricing.
• Items not currently in stock - we do not offer rain checks.
• Purchases made during Black Friday through Cyber Monday promotional periods.
